Despite the best efforts of the DepeD Central Portal to furnish all the needed resources to schools, divisions and regions of the country, the current scenario still reflects some form of inadequacy of resources in the central portal which can be accessed here. Hence, some divisions have designed their own local portals for their respective schools to browse and seek help in the absence of needed materials in the central portal. Online resources which cannot be directly downloaded from the central portal and other insufficient materials serve as immediate targets of the local portal to solve and supply.

 

             The local LRMDS portal of the Division of Davao Oriental is thus envisioned to answer the local needs of its schools in their search for quality learning, teaching, and professional development resources. With the initiative of the Division LRMDS team, this portal will try its best to provide resources requested by the local clienteles. They are free to contact the division LRMDS personnel and submit their requests.

 

              We note that in spite of this trend of establishing local portals within the divisions, we still encourage everyone to explore the central portal which is the original clearinghouse of resources.
